OK…I think I’m in love with Jim.  Brace yourself!  You will be too.

This is Jim and his daughter, Allison.  He makes very special pancakes for her because his dad made special pancakes for him.  He says, “My dad used to make me really fun shaped pancakes like “The Moon”, “Lightbulb”, “Balloon”, and “Just eat the damn thing before it gets cold”, so I guess I can credit his genius.

I think Jim is a pancake artist!
