In Dog We Trust

There’s not many things I love more than my sweet German-shorthaired Pointer, Princess.  She was a gift from my ex-husband and absolutely the best gift I’ve ever received.  After many years of pointing and retrieving birds during hunting season during her early years,  she’s now a full-time snuggle buddy and very best friend that shows me unconditional love on a daily basis!

Princess is the reason that I love dogs as much as I do and I enjoy finding cute products that promote great causes…like these cute tees from Vaute Couture!

Princess is 14 and I can’t bare to think of life without her…but I also can’t think of life without a dog, so when the time comes to get another dog I’ll likely adopt.

Have you ever adopted a dog or cat?  What organization did you go to for adoption?  Tell me about your precious pet!

I’ve Got a Clutch on You

Tuesday, August 31st, 2010

When you purchase an Emory Lin clutch you not only get an adorable bag…you get to take part in giving a child a loving home.  The Weldons are a sweet family that are anxiously awaiting word that they can fly to China and pick up their daughter, Emory Lin.  The sell of these bags will help fund her adoption.  Please take time to read about this precious family and their journey of international adoption on their blog, angieweldon.com.  You will fall in love with them, as I have.

Angie crafts beautiful clutches that are beautifully made and the perfect size for your phone, credit cards and a lipstick.  What more do you need?

Be sure to check out her other designs.  The Penny Lane clutch will hide your diaper wipes and is a changing pad station.  I don’t have a child, but would LOVE to sport this cute clutch!  What a great gift for the new mom or grandmom-to-be!

Animal prints are going to be great (again) this fall.  How cute is this Little Red Rowen ball clasp clutch?  Love the sweet antique lace flower!

They’re all wonderful!  Thank you to Angie Dawn (a sweet Hidden List reader) for sharing Foster Kade Designs with me and the rest of The Hidden List readers!

Weldon Family – We hope that Emory Lin gets here soon!  We’re sure she’ll be exceptional!
