I have minimal space in my kitchen that was originally built in the 30′s, so I’m all about space saving ideas!  This colander, by Joseph Joseph, would free up lots of space and it’s much more interesting than the big plastic bowl I currently have.

Here’s a few other space saving products that Joseph Joseph created that make my list!

Nest 8 includes 4 measuring cups, a sieve, a colander, a small mixing bowl and large mixing bowl.  What else do you need for baking besides a mixer?

A fold-flat cheese grater!  Brilliant!

I’m not sure how much space this herb chopper would save (since I don’t have a device specifically for chopping herbs),  but it sure is cute and compact!
