Punch Drunk Love

It’s hot here in Texas, friends!  We’re going to need lots of cold drinks on hand for the Memorial Day festivities tomorrow!

Here’s a punch recipe from the Sing for your Supper blog, that will help you stay cool!

Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade Punch

1 12-oz can frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate, thawed – 1 bottle white wine (Amy likes chardonnay) – 1 liter of ginger ale – ice – fresh raspberries, lemons or limes for garnish

Stir all ingredients together in a large pitcher.  Garnish each glass with fruit and serve with ice.

*You can also add a little Chambord (raspberry liqueur) for extra raspberry flavor!

**For a non-alcoholic version, leave out the wine and double the ginger ale.
