Flea Find: Enid
I had great success at the Dallas Flea yesterday and wanted to share one of my finds with you! How great is this?
As soon as I spotted the turquoise frame I knew it had to come home with me and live in my den. I bought it from the cutest couple who own Enid in Fredricksburg, TX. Lara and Tim Bobo named this store after Lara’s grandmother, Enid Collins, who started the Collins family business with her husband, Fred, when World War 2 came to an end. This was the beginning of a family that would be known for it’s style and creativity. Read more about the family history here.
You must visit their on-line shop! You’ll find whimsical, colorful items that will make you smile and bring joy to your home.
Lara designs cool leather necklaces perfect for Spring and her husband makes beautiful walnut and steel tables. The creative talent lives on!
You’ll find Enid’s brick and mortar shop at 148 A East Main Street in downtown Fredricksburg, TX. If you can’t visit them in person, visit their website here and bring a little Enid into your home!
